Solutions
Kubernetes Engineering
Kubernetes has become a platform nobody wants to touch.
Fix Our KubernetesThe problem
Production-grade Kubernetes architecture, deployment, security, observability and operations.
Who it's for
Teams running clusters that were set up quickly, have drifted, and are now upgraded nervously — or not at all.
Approach
How we work through it.
- 01
Assess cluster topology, version skew and upgrade risk before changing workloads.
- 02
Fix workload fundamentals: requests and limits, probes, PDBs, graceful shutdown.
- 03
Make scaling explicit with HPA, Cluster Autoscaler or Karpenter and tested capacity limits.
- 04
Harden the cluster: RBAC, network policy, admission control, image provenance.
- 05
Automate delivery with GitOps so cluster state matches a reviewed repository.
Deliverables
What you end up with.
- Cluster architecture and upgrade runbook
- Hardened baseline manifests and Helm charts
- GitOps delivery with Argo CD
- Autoscaling and capacity model
- Cluster observability and alerting
Technologies
- Kubernetes
- EKS
- AKS
- Helm
- Argo CD
- Karpenter
- Cilium
- Prometheus
- OpenTelemetry
Typical engagement
2-week review, then 6–12 weeks of remediation and platform work depending on cluster count.
Questions
Before you email us.
- Do we even need Kubernetes?
- Often not. If a managed container runtime or serverless option would carry your workload with less operational burden, we will say so — including when it means less work for us.
- Can you upgrade a cluster that is years behind?
- Yes, and it is one of the most common requests. We sequence it: inventory deprecated APIs, get workloads healthy, prove the path in a non-production cluster, then upgrade in steps with a rollback position at each one.
Start with a two-week Infrastructure Review.
Fixed scope, starting at €3,000, and a 90-day roadmap you keep whether or not we implement it.
