Before you email us.

How fast can you start?: Assessments usually start within two weeks of a signed scope. Build and retainer engagements depend on pod availability — we will tell you the real date, not the one you want to hear.
Do you work with our existing team?: Almost always. We work inside your repos, your ticket tracker and your on-call rotation, and we pair with your engineers rather than working around them.
What happens to the work if we stop?: It stays with you. Infrastructure is defined in code in your version control, credentials belong to your accounts, and runbooks are written as we go.
Do you sign NDAs and DPAs?: Yes. We can also work under your security requirements, including background-checked engineers and access restricted to your own tooling.
