DevOps & CI/CD

Your deployments shouldn't require heroics.

Improve Our Delivery

The problem

Reliable automated delivery pipelines designed for fast, safe and repeatable releases.

Who it's for

Teams where releases are scheduled around one person's availability, pipelines are flaky, and rollback means a manual scramble.

Approach

How we work through it.

  1. 01

Instrument the current pipeline: where time goes, where it fails, how often it is re-run.

  2. 02

Rebuild around fast feedback — parallelised tests, caching, and a build that fails in minutes not hours.

  3. 03

Add safety gates: security scanning, IaC plan review, migration checks, environment promotion.

  4. 04

Make rollback a first-class, tested path rather than an emergency procedure.

  5. 05

Track DORA metrics so improvement is measurable rather than felt.

Deliverables

What you end up with.

  • Automated test, scan and deploy stages
  • Environment promotion and release strategy
  • Tested rollback procedure
  • DORA metrics reporting

Technologies

  • GitHub Actions
  • GitLab CI
  • Argo CD
  • Terraform
  • Docker
  • Trivy
  • Renovate

Typical engagement

4–10 weeks, usually running alongside your team's normal delivery.

Questions

Before you email us.

Do we have to migrate CI providers?
Only if the provider is the actual constraint. Most pipeline pain is structural — serial stages, no caching, unclear ownership — and it survives a provider migration untouched.
How do you handle database migrations?
Expand-and-contract by default, with migrations decoupled from application deploys so a rollback of code never depends on a rollback of schema.

Start with a two-week Infrastructure Review.

Fixed scope, starting at €3,000, and a 90-day roadmap you keep whether or not we implement it.
