The problem
AWS and Azure architecture, landing zones and migrations designed for the load you are about to have, not the one you had.
Who it's for
Companies scaling past their original design, consolidating accounts, entering a new region, or preparing for a security or compliance review.
Approach
How we work through it.
- 01
Document the real current state, including the parts nobody owns.
- 02
Design a landing zone: account structure, network topology, identity and guardrails.
- 03
Choose managed services deliberately, with the operational and cost consequences written down.
- 04
Sequence migration so each step is reversible and independently valuable.
- 05
Design for failure: multi-AZ by default, region strategy only where it is justified.
Deliverables
What you end up with.
- Current-state and target-state architecture
- Landing zone and account structure in code
- Network and identity baseline
- Migration plan with cutover and rollback
- Resilience and DR strategy
Technologies
- AWS
- Azure
- Terraform
- Postgres
- Redis
- Kubernetes
- CloudFront
- Front Door
Typical engagement
2-week review, then 6–16 weeks depending on migration scope.
Questions
Before you email us.
- Do you have a preferred cloud?
- We work primarily on AWS and Azure and pick based on your team's existing skills, commercial agreements and workload fit. Multi-cloud is a cost we only recommend when there is a concrete requirement behind it.
- Can you migrate without downtime?
- For most workloads, yes — with replication, dual-write or traffic-shifting patterns depending on the data store. Where a short window is unavoidable we tell you up front and rehearse it.
Start with a two-week Infrastructure Review.
Fixed scope, starting at €3,000, and a 90-day roadmap you keep whether or not we implement it.
